Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate client interview schedules.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment reports, and consistently achieve hiring targets.

• 2–4 years of experience in US Recruitment with a strong understanding of the hiring lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting hiring deadlines.
• Willingness to work in the Night Shift (US Shift) to support client recruitment needs.
