Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and scheduling
Coordinate meetings and appointments, and manage office supplies inventory
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Provide general support to visitors and staff
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
