Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify B2B prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and structured research methodologies.
• Build, maintain, and manage targeted lead databases aligned with event and industry requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential delegates, speakers, sponsors, and business partners.
• Execute outreach campaigns for sector-specific conferences and business events.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion strategies and campaign outcomes.
• Analyze engagement and outreach data to refine targeting and increase campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and regular database updates.
• Track and report lead generation activities and research progress.

• Strong internet research and lead generation capabilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and business research tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Data Research, Market Research, or a similar role.
• Freshers with exceptional communication and research skills are encouraged to apply.
