Job Description Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue. They play a key role in expanding the organization’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Monitor campaign performance by analyzing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and take data-driven decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and market trends
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Job Location : H-193, Sector-63, Noida (WFO)
Salary Package :Depends upon the interview
Working Days: Monday to Friday Shift : Night Shift (7pm - 4am)
