We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating tasks, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing project tasks and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates/reports.
Maintain organized records, documentation, and project files.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
Help identify project risks or issues and escalate as needed.
Support resource allocation and task assignments.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project).
Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
