The first half of the year was full of enthusiasm and energy.
Between the deadlines, the launches, and the late nights that turned into “just one more fix before we ship,” RCV Technologies’ people carried the first two quarters on sheer momentum, and it was time to say so out loud.

Q1 started the way most first quarters do: full calendars, fresh targets, and a team figuring out its rhythm. Then Q2 brought a stretch where people didn’t just meet the bar; they kept moving it, one shipped project and one solved problem at a time.
At RCV Technologies, recognition isn’t a once-a-year formality. It’s built into how the team works, quarter over quarter, project over project.
The Q1 and Q2 celebrations were about the people who showed up with ownership when nobody was watching, and the ones who made everyone around them a little better at their job just by being on the team.

Half the year 2026 is in the books, and the energy from Q1 and Q2 isn’t staying behind with the confetti. It’s setting the bar for what Q3 walks into.
