Job Description
Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business
opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue. They play a key role in expanding the
organization’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Monitor campaign performance by analyzing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion
rates, and take data-driven decisions.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies
Maintain records of sales, revenue, and market trends
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
